When will you begin donating to the Pandas? 

As soon as our company grows, we will begin to donate to PandasInternational.org.

When did Hai Panda launch?

April 23, 2016 (Earth Day!)

How long will it take to receive my order?

We process orders within 2-4 days of when they are received.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. 

International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Note: We are not responsible for any packages that get lost or stolen in the mail. Contact your local post office immediately if your item has not arrived by the estimated tracking time.

Do you accept orders outside of the U.S.?

Yes! We love our international Hai Panda customers! 

Processing time is anywhere from 2-4 days.

Once shipped, your order can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks to be delivered.

We cannot be held accountable for any extra fees from customs. Please make sure you are aware of your country's customs policy before placing your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Paypal and major credit/debit cards! 
You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

I love my new Panda Bracelet! How should I take care of it?

Our Stone Bracelets are made out of 100% natural crystals and handmade ceramic panda beads from Peru. The bracelets are waterproof, so you can wear them anywhere, any time. We recommend keeping them in a jewelry box or cloth pouch when not wearing to preserve the integrity of the stone.

What is this store's return policy?

We want you to be absolutely in love with your Hai Panda, therefore we give you up to 14 days after your purchase to return your item for store credit. 

Note that all items for return must be unwashed and unworn. Items sent back with any type of stain, including makeup and deodorant, will not be accepted for return and will not be returned to you. We are also unable to accept items for return that have any strong odors.

Jewelry is non re-fundable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

When shipping the order back to us, please be sure to collect a tracking number and email that to us so we can keep track of your package. We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged, during return transit.
